Our simple process to letting a property

Step 1
Find out the facts and figures
With a free property valuation find out what you could be earning as a landlord. We’ll be honest and realistic and follow up with a detailed report, ensuring all the information is relevant to you and your property so you get the most out of it.
Step 2
Showstopping marketing campaign
We’ll get your property seen. Our marketing includes professionally edited photography, bespoke video tours, floorplans and targeted marketing on our social media channels and website. It will also feature on the popular property portals Rightmove and OnTheMarket.
Step 3
Contact our exclusive tenant database
We can source the right tenant for your property through our database of tenants actively on the lookout for a new home. We’ll reach out to them so they know that your property is available to let.
Step 4
Say yes to an offer
We’ll check out tenants before they submit an application to help ensure they are more likely to meet the referencing criteria. Once you’re happy, we’ll take care of the rest.
Step 5
Getting the paperwork done
Using a nationally recognised referencing system we’ll carry out ID checks and make sure all the regulations and legal requirements are met. Deposits will be collected, or if you and the tenant have agreed on the flatfair No Deposit Scheme, the non-refundable nil deposit service charge will be paid.
Step 6
Move-in day!
We’ll provide your tenant with all the required documentation and they’ll be checked into the property, have the inventory explained and the keys handed over. Hooray! You’ve just let your property.

If you want to sit back and relax, safe in the knowledge that everything is being taken care of for you, then our fully managed service is definitely the right choice. 

Our managed service ensures you will always meet your legal obligations as a landlord, as we keep on top of the ever-changing legislation. We’ll keep in touch with your tenants and respond to any maintenance issues. We’ve got great local, trusted and reliable contractors who we’ve been working with for many years, and when an issue is reported through Fixflo, our online repair reporting system, our letting agents will be straight on it.

Our rent collection service means we’ll also take care of collecting the rent from your tenants and our let only service is for portfolio landlords, where we’ll find you the right tenants and then you can take it from there.
