Callum followed his Dad into estate agency and has always had a passion for selling property. He started with work experience and went straight into the industry after leaving school, building on his experience in the local area over the past several years. Away from the office he enjoys watching and playing football with friends.

The thing I like best about my job is…
Having clients come back to me from a previous move and seeing the change in their lives, whether it be they’ve had a child and are now upsizing or the kids have flown the nest and they need to downsize.

Adele has worked within a sales environment for many years and was a Branch Manager for a corporate estate agency prior to joining Duncan Yeardley, which gave her an excellent understanding of the property sales process and helping people move. She has lived locally for most of her life, apart from three years spent living and working in Munich, Germany. Adele’s son, Oskar arrived in 2019 and certainly keeps his parents busy outside of work, when they enjoy days out and travel.

The best piece of advice I’ve ever been given is…
To tackle the tough jobs first and the easy jobs last, that way you will get through the things you have to do a lot quicker!

When I was younger, I wanted to be…
A vet – until I found out that it wasn’t all about fluffy cuddles!

Up at 6am with my young son supported by a large cup of coffee!

You might be surprised to know that…
I was once handcuffed and searched as a suspected threat to the royal family. You will be pleased to know that I was later released without charge after accidentally getting caught in the middle of a PETA campaign against the royals for using Canadian bears fur in the traditional guard hats.

The thing I like best about my job…
Are the people, whether that’s helping someone find their dream home, enabling their onward move or just offering some good advice that is well received and helps.

The person I’d most like to go for a drink with is…
My late father.

Oliver has been working in the property industry for nearly 20 years, having enjoyed running his own estate agency in his 20’s and working for independent estate agents. He takes great pride in being a leader and tries to inspire to the best of his ability. Oliver is a father of two, and lives with his wife and children, Ava and Bjorn, in Wokingham. His big passion is rugby, which he still plays occasionally, and he plays full time for South Berkshire Hockey.

What was your favourite TV show when growing up?
The Big Breakfast.

What would your dream house be like?
An eco home, with wood cladding, a strong Gable design and vaulted ceilings, with lots of glass, opening to a large jetty and floating deck leading out onto a private beach.

If you could have the power of teleportation, where would you go and why?
The Isle of Naboombu to get the star of Astoroth.

Hannah started her career in estate agency at the age of 19 working in Maidenhead and has more than 20 years’ experience in all aspects of Lettings. Outside of work she likes to keep active, is a keen traveller and loves spending time with family and friends.

I am half Italian, hence the hair and height.

Chantelle moved over to the UK from Cape Town, South Africa with her husband and daughter. She previously worked in Property Management and has many years of Admin and Management experience. When not at work, Chantelle and her family love to go camping and for walks. On less sunny days, you’ll find her curled up on the couch with a good book or a movie or baking something in the kitchen, always a cup of tea in hand.

A baker. I love to bake and even better when I am baking something with chocolate.

My bob haircut when I was 10 and the awful 90’s clothes that went with it. What was I thinking?

My guilty pleasures…
80’s music and boy bands from the 90’s. It always puts me in a good mood and gets me ready to dance.

One of my funniest memories is…
We were away camping in Tsitsikamma Nature Reserve in South Africa. I was sitting alongside the ocean by my caravan enjoying my morning tea and a rusk (a South African sort of morning biscuit). I had left the box of rusks sitting open on the table and a baboon came down off the side of the mountain, snuck in behind me and stole my box of rusks. He ran back up the mountain and sat and ate the whole box while looking at me. So I told him very loudly that they don’t taste very nice without tea.

The best piece of advice I’ve ever been given is…
That if someone hasn’t earned the right to give an opinion about you then don’t let their opinion bother you.

On Sunday mornings, you can usually find me…
Wrapped up in my dressing gown eating French toast and bacon with my family.

Helen is Nick’s sister and she successfully set up and established our Lettings Department back in 2013. Having spent much of her career prior to DY working in marketing, Helen now heads up our Marketing & Operations department. This suits her organisational skills, creativity and keen eye for detail perfectly! She loves taking long walks with her Labrador Finn and when time permits, travelling and visiting new places around the globe.

Top of my bucket list is…
To keep travelling, visit more new countries and ultimately, one day explore Europe in a (very comfortable!) camper van.

My guilty pleasure…
Ben & Jerry’s cookie dough ice cream. Probably best to just not buy it!

One of my earliest qualifications as a teenager was as a Clarks trained shoe fitter. Oh, all those back to school shoes!

Nick started his career as an estate agent in Bracknell after leaving school back in 1990. After taking over ownership of Duncan Yeardley in 2012, he has been ambitiously working hard to develop the business. He lives locally with Charlotte, who also works for DY, and their two teenage children.

To be able to fly with endless energy and distance.

An estate agent! Weird I know. At an earlier age I also remember wanting to be a car mechanic.

Jessica started her career in estate agency at the age of 17, working in Reading, London and Bracknell, and has experience in all aspects of Lettings. Friendly and personable, she is happy to help clients and enjoys creating new relationships. Away from work she loves spending time with family, friends and her two cats but most importantly, online shopping!

Tom has extensive knowledge of several areas and markets having worked across Berkshire throughout his career and has had particular success in helping to sell properties where other agents have failed. Tom is a first-time father to a beautiful baby girl and enjoys golfing and cooking. In fact, he’s a qualified chef and has previously run his own catering business.

What was your favourite TV show when growing up?
The Simpsons, hands down. Timeless like myself.

What would your dream house be like?
If there is an 18-hole golf course in the garden and a pub with sports on, it’s perfect.

What’s the weirdest food you’ve ever eaten?
Street food in India (still unsure on what I had to this day).

You have to sing karaoke, what song do you pick?
Fleetwood Mac, Chain. Best song ever made.

What is your favourite season of the year and why?
Summertime, for all the reasons Will Smith said.

When I was younger, I wanted to be…
A grown up and after hitting 30 I would much rather be younger again, vicious cycle.

Prior to entering the world of property over a decade ago, Bradley was a fully trained Tiki Mixologist focussing on Caribbean tipples and extravagant fire & light explosive shows, a natural ‘people person’ with an entertaining edge!

Despite spending his working hours inside our clients’ delightful homes; in his spare time Bradley prefers to be exposed to the elements sheltering under canvas and the night sky, planning the hikes for the day to follow. If time (and weather!) permits, you may also find Bradley out on the golf course with friends and family.

The best piece of advice I’ve ever been given is…
You never know what someone is going through – so always be kind and do not judge.

My worst fashion mistake was…
100% the orange camouflage cargo trousers, with a skin tight black wool jumper, beautifully matched with black Ugg boots. This was back in college, but I am still reminded to this day!

My favourite word in the English language is…
Indubitably – impossible to say without sounding very formal, but rarely called for as has many simple synonyms!

On Sunday mornings, you can usually find me…
Either waking up in a tent somewhere or at a car boot sale rummaging through golf related items or random antiquities.

One of my funniest memories is…
Finishing one of my final university exams to realise that I was so sleep deprived, I was dressed so erratically that I wasn’t even wearing a pair of shoes. I then forgot where I lived and had to hang around the library until I figured it out.

The thing I like best about my job…
The people. I barely finished reading the question before answering this. I get energy from good people, and am very lucky to have this both inside and out of the office. Seeing the smile or even sometimes tears of joy from a client getting where they need to be really makes the long hours we put in worth it, and more!

Judy has lived in Bracknell all her life and resides near South Hill Park with her family, which includes two dogs and two cats. She is great with people and has a real talent for spotting the right home for her clients. She’s a property matchmaker! Outside of work she is always on the go – busy socialising and looking after her children and grandchildren.

First car?
Mini Clubman estate. On my first lesson I drove it into the garage door with my dad’s car parked inside!

Favourite film?
Grease. I have lost count how many times I’ve watched it.

The person you would most like to invite to dinner?
Strangely Chris Evans, the presenters of Sunday Brunch and Karl Pilkington.

Favourite holiday destination?
The Maldives.

First music you bought?
Meatloaf album.

Favourite food?
It would be easier to list my least favourite.

Mandy previously spent over 30 years working in the travel agency business, which gave her the opportunity to travel around the world collecting fond memories along the way. She prides herself on her friendly and attentive approach to sales and customer service, making her the perfect fit for Duncan Yeardley! In her spare time Mandy is a voluntary support worker for Youthline, a Bracknell-based charity, and also likes to watch football, eat cheese and travel.

Quintessential.

If I were a superhero, my superpower would be…
Teleportation.

One of my funniest memories is…
Once when a bit tipsy, I gate crashed past the audition queue of Britain’s Got Talent. I got to the holding room at the side of the stage. My friend then brought to my attention that I had no talent, so we both legged it in hysterics out the building!

My worst fashion mistake…
Was on several occasions leaving the ladies toilet with my dress tucked in the back of my knickers!

My guilty pleasures…
Are watching back to back, 90 Day Fiancé and Married at First Sight.

I am actually quite shy.

Freya started her career in estate agency at the age of 18. Founding her love of property through her Dad who was a developer, she has gained many years experience selling and valuing properties across Berkshire, but having been born in Heatherwood Hospital, she has Ascot in her veins! Friendly and personable, Freya is passionate about helping clients and enjoys building new relationships. Away from work, she loves travelling with the family, pub gardens, shopping, and most importantly spending time with her dog, Dolly the Maltipoo!

Marney has worked in estate agency since leaving school and has experience in the Berkshire, Hampshire and Surrey property markets. She certainly has gained some exceptional local knowledge! Outside of work, Marney has a crazy beagle who keeps her busy, she loves playing Paddle with the girls in Binfield, and trying out new local bars and restaurants.

Liam attended school locally in Ascot and began his career in estate agency aged 18 in the Bracknell area. He has gone on to gain experience within the Maidenhead, Reading and Wokingham markets too. Building relationships is what Liam enjoys the most in his role, which gives him the opportunity to meet and help all kinds of people. Away from work, Liam enjoys playing football throughout the week and for a local Bracknell team on a Sunday (some say the next Sunday League Pirlo).

Vivien has worked in the lettings industry for five years, dealing directly with tenants and landlords. She understands the importance of delivering excellent customer service and finds it very rewarding matching tenants to the right properties. A shell suit and green mascara. I was a teenager in the 90’s so there are too many to remember (although scarily some are coming back into fashion!).

The people, the ones I work with and the ones I meet along the way.

Charlotte has worked in estate agency for more than 10 years, and prior to that enjoyed several years working in recruitment. She lives in Bracknell with her partner, two daughters and their dog Coco. Charlotte enjoys going to the gym, skating with her eldest daughter and paddle boarding with the family. They all enjoy an active life!
