What You’ll Be Doing

As a Property Manager, you’ll be a key point of contact for landlords and tenants, ensuring smooth day-to-day management of a varied property portfolio. Reporting to our supportive Head of Property Management, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties with professionalism and care
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors to resolve issues promptly
  • Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and compliance checks
  • Carrying out property inspections and producing clear reports
  • Ensuring full legal and regulatory compliance across your portfolio
  • Delivering outstanding customer service that reflects our reputation for excellence

About You

You’ll be the perfect fit for this role if you have:

  • A proven track record in residential lettings or property management
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • A confident communicator who can build rapport with landlords, tenants, and contractors
  • A pro-active, solutions-focused approach to problem solving
  • The ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Desirable Qualities

  • Knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance requirements
  • A genuine passion for property and customer service
  • A positive, can-do attitude with energy and enthusiasm
  • Tech savvy; with experience using lettings CRM systems and digital tools to enhance performance
  • ARLA-qualified (or working towards it) is a plus but not essential

This is a permanent, full time role covering our Bracknell and Ascot offices, Monday to Thursday 08:30-17:30 and Friday 08:30-17:00. We are offering up to £28,000 basic salary per annum dependent upon experience, plus various incentives and commission.
