Due to the success of our growing lettings division we are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join the team. Previous experience is desirable but first and foremost you will need to be highly organised with excellent attention to detail and have strong communication skills, as well as being articulate and motivated.
Local travel is part of the role so access to your own vehicle and a full driving licence is essential.
We are looking for a team player and the main aspects of the role will include:
- Registering applicants
- Undertaking property viewings
- Negotiating offers with landlords and tenants
- Providing feedback to landlords
- Generating market appraisals
You will be required to work 9.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays.
