Due to the success of our growing lettings division, Duncan Yeardley are looking for a Lettings Negotiator/Senior Lettings Negotiator to help maintain and grow our Residential Lettings portfolio.
We are Bracknell’s longest established estate agent with an enviable reputation and have just been proudly awarded as ‘Exceptional’ for the second year running in The Best Estate Agent Guide, putting us firmly in the top 1% of estate agents in the UK.
We are looking for a team player to help build on our success, whilst giving you the potential to develop and progress within the company. Previous lettings experience is essential but first and foremost you will need to be personable and motivated with excellent attention to detail. Strong communication and organisational skills are also a must.
You will be required to work 9.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays. Local travel is part of the role so access to your own vehicle and a full driving licence is essential. Competitive salary dependent on experience.
