Helen is Nick’s sister and she successfully set up and established our Lettings Department back in 2013. Having spent much of her career prior to DY working in marketing, Helen now heads up our Marketing & Operations department. This suits her organisational skills, creativity and keen eye for detail perfectly! She loves taking long walks with her Labrador Finn and when time permits, travelling and visiting new places around the globe.

Due to the success of our growing sales division, Duncan Yeardley are looking for a dedicated, full-time Sales Progressor to help maintain our residential sales business.
We are Bracknell’s longest established, independent estate agent and a family-run business with an enviable reputation for success in the local area. We thrive on providing a high level of customer service with a personal approach that sets us apart from our competitors.
We are looking for a team player to help build on our success, who will be responsible for leading buyers and sellers on a smooth transaction from sales agreed to completion. Previous experience in the property industry is essential, such as estate agency or conveyancing, and you will need to be personable and motivated with excellent attention to detail. Strong communication and organisational skills are also a must.
You will be required to work 9.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday and a competitive salary is offered dependent on experience.
