Due to the success of our growing lettings division, Duncan Yeardley are looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator/Assistant Lettings Manger to help maintain and grow the Residential Lettings portfolio, which includes a wide range of quality properties from studio apartments to large family homes. We are looking for a team player to help build on our success and grow the business further, whilst giving you the potential to develop and progress within the company. Previous experience is essential but first and foremost you will need to be personable and motivated with excellent attention to detail. Strong communication and organisational skills are also a must. You will be required to work 9.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays. Local travel is part of the role so access to your own vehicle and a full driving licence is essential. Competitive salary dependent on experience.
