Helen is Nick’s sister and she successfully set up and established our Lettings Department back in 2013. Having spent much of her career prior to DY working in marketing, Helen now heads up our Marketing & Operations department. This suits her organisational skills, creativity and keen eye for detail perfectly! She loves taking long walks with her Labrador Finn and when time permits, travelling and visiting new places around the globe.

We are delighted to have achieved the highest accolade by being awarded as ‘Exceptional‘ in the Top 100 sales & letting agents in the country.
In association with Rightmove, this was the largest analysis ever undertaken assessing over 25,000 estate agency branches across the UK.
All of the team here at Duncan Yeardley are thrilled to have had our efforts officially recognised and we will now feature in the Best Estate Agents Guide 2018.
Why We Were Chosen
To illustrate how demanding the assessment process is, only 87 branches achieved an exceptional rating in both sales and lettings.
Forming the top 5% of estate agency branches in the country, these agents showed an outstanding level of service and care towards prospective clients, as well as passing a rigorous analysis of performance data, and were therefore awarded a score of “Exceptional”.

To choose which agents are listed in the Best Estate Agent Guide, each branch is scored against a unique set of performance and customer service criteria over a 12 month period.
