Helen is Nick’s sister and she successfully set up and established our Lettings Department back in 2013. Having spent much of her career prior to DY working in marketing, Helen now heads up our Marketing & Operations department. This suits her organisational skills, creativity and keen eye for detail perfectly! She loves taking long walks with her Labrador Finn and when time permits, travelling and visiting new places around the globe.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Lettings Consultant to join our multi award-winning team.
Duncan Yeardley is a long established, independent estate agent and a family-run business with an enviable reputation for success in the local area. With offices in Ascot and Bracknell, we thrive on providing a high level of customer service with a personal approach that sets us apart from our competitors.
We are looking for a team player to help build on the success of our residential lettings business, whilst giving you the potential to develop and progress within the company. Previous lettings experience is essential and you will need to be personable and motivated with excellent attention to detail.
In addition to applicant and viewing management, you will be responsible for sourcing and winning new business through developing relationships with landlords in order to increase our market share. Strong communication and organisational skills are therefore also a must.
You will be required to work 9.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday and every other Saturday 9.00am to 4.00pm. Local travel between our Bracknell and Ascot offices and the surrounding areas is part of the role so access to your own vehicle and a full driving licence is essential. Competitive salary dependent on experience.
