Our highly successful and exceptionally busy Sales department are seeking an experienced Administrator to support the team and our clients.
The role will involve liaising with clients directly to assist with getting properties to the market quickly and efficiently, helping to schedule and organise diaries, create and compose correspondence and information, and developing and maintaining robust filing systems and records.
The ideal candidate will need to have a positive “can do” attitude and value the importance of delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. Someone who is highly organised with a proactive, hands-on approach, and can demonstrate strong time-management alongside exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and general office equipment will be required.
The role is full time Monday to Friday and based in our Bracknell office. We are offering a salary of circa £20,000, dependent on experience, plus additional incentives and commission opportunities.
